The JSPCA sees and investigates hundreds of cruelty cases every year. Most of the time we are able to intervene quickly and rescue the animal. But sadly, in some cases we are notified too late and are unable to save them. The JSPCA teaches Jamaicans, especially through our education/outreach programmes, how to treat animals properly, but that is sometimes not enough. And so, the Society depends on animal lovers like yourself to report to us any case of animal cruelty - whether it be neglect, starvation, physical abuse or failure to seek medical attention. All calls and emails will remain anonymous!
